Oman's Bank Dhofar cut the price of its planned capital hike from 0.451 rials per share to 0.401 rials, the company said on Wednesday.
Shareholders approved raising its paid-up capital by 33.3 percent to 70.77 million rials ($183.8 million) at an EGM held on Oct 14, the bank said.
The bank had said in September that the price per share of the rights issue would be 0.451 rials. The shareholders have the option to subscribe for an additional 20 percent of their rights eligibility at a price of 0.401 rials per share. - Reuters
