Fakhruddin Properties has announced that construction operations at its $217.81 million Lake Central project are underway and the piling phase has already been completed.

A T-shaped 22-storey commercial tower located in Business Bay, Lake Central is scheduled for completion by late 2009, a report in Khaleej Times said.

“Lake Centre is a unique commercial tower adding to our signature projects, which have garnered much attention,” said Ali Asgar Fakhruddin, director of Fakhruddin Properties.
