Employees from Dubai Properties Group, a member of Dubai Holding, distributed 500 ‘back-to-school bags’ to school children aged 6-12 years at the Dar Al Ber Society grounds.
The initiative is part of the company's commitment to participate in community-related activities, said an official.
'We are aware of the support that children from certain strata of the community need to start a new academic year, and that getting back to school after a long summer needs to be made more attractive with valuable incentives for children. This is especially true for the younger ones who are starting school for the first time,' said Fareda Abdullah, executive director of Human Capital at Dubai Properties Group.-TradeArabia News Service
