HP Software names VP for EMEA
Dubai
 

Steen Lomholt–Thomsen has been appointed as vice president and general manager of HP Software’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, effective immediately.

He will have responsibility for maximizing HP Software’s profit and revenue growth in the EMEA region, as well as extending its market leadership, driving effective go-to-market activities and delivering superior customer service.

Lomholt-Thomsen joins HP from IBM where he spent 10 years in its software division.

Prior to IBM, Lomholt-Thomsen worked at NCR’s retail and financial group for six years, where he was responsible for its software retail application business.

'Steen brings to HP a solid track record of driving profitable growth for global enterprise software companies,” said Tom Hogan, senior vice president, Software, HP. “His extensive background and knowledge of the system and service management market will be a tremendous asset for our customers.”
