Daimler names Merc ME fleet manager
Dubai

Daimler Middle East & Levant has appointed Jason Duncan as its first fleet manager for Mercedes-Benz Cars in the region.

The new post is indicative of the company’s drive to increase sales across the region where it already is the leading luxury German brand with deliveries up 34 per cent over the same period last year.

Duncan, 30, holds an information management degree and has formerly worked as corporate development manager for Mercedes-Benz UK. Previously he was business manager for Swedish Match.

“My objective is to work effectively with our partners, the general distributors across the region, to ensure that we increase our fleet sales,” said Duncan.

“We have already had considerable success supplying large orders to the police forces in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi as well as delivering vehicles to multi-national corporations.”-TradeArabia News Service
