Durrat to exhibit at Cityscape Abu Dhabi
Manama

Durrat Al Bahrain, the Kingdom’s largest planned luxury residential, commercial and tourist resort development, will be exhibiting at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2008.

This is the second time the international property investment and development event has been held in Abu Dhabi and attracts regional and international investors, property developers, leading architects and designers to celebrate the very best in real estate, architecture, urban planning and design in the UAE’s capital city.

Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2008 is seeking to consolidate its position to further enhance and support the vision for residential and commercial property growth worldwide to an international audience.

This year’s event is expecting over 25,000 participants from 100 countries with 30,000 sqm of exhibition space.

“Abu Dhabi is one of the most important property markets in the GCC.  It currently has new construction projects underway valued are more than $327 billion.  Having exhibited last year, we were impressed with the quality of the delegates that we met and spoke to, so it was clear to us that we should return again this year to showcase Durrat Al Bahrain,” said CEO of Durrat Al Bahrain Jassim Al Jowder.

“We’ll be using the opportunity to communicate how Durrat Al Bahrain is an ideal lifestyle destination for those wanting to live a contemporary urban lifestyle based in and around the beautiful waters of the southern Bahrain sea, either as a resident or as a visitor.  We’ve achieved considerable progress since we visited last year, and we will be updating visitors on all the latest developments.”

Set in the azure waters of south Bahrain, the 21 sq km development will offer The Islands, designed into two circular rows of six Atolls and five Petals, are 11 islands of 1800 luxury residential villas, gardens and beaches in an enchanting setting offering a sanctuary of peace and tranquillity.

The Crescent will be the urban hub of Durrat Al Bahrain, where residents and visitors will be able to lose themselves in a vibrant, cosmopolitan world of sensational dining experiences and exclusive designer shopping, right in the heart of Durrat Al Bahrain.

Residents, businesses and visitors will not only be able to live island lifestyles, but they will also benefit from the Golf Course, an 18 hole golf course designed by Ernie Els, the world-renowned golf champion.

The Golf Course will comprise a challenging course, a club house, a driving range, a luxury hotel complex and 1400 stylishly designed luxury residential villas and apartments arranged around landscaped waterways.

In partnership with Tameer, Durrat Khaleej Al Bahrain will also offer The Marina, one of the region’s leading marinas covering 700,000 sq mt, offering 400 berths in a stunning location across three islands.  Residents and visitors will be able to sail, jetski, cruise on a motor boat or simply soak up the quay-side activity. – TradeArabia News Service
