Gulf Air’s head of Customer Care and Service Monitoring Kavita Sharma Al Jassim will represent the airline at the Worldwide Airlines Customer Relations Association (Wacra) conference being held from October 4 to 8 at Cebu, Philippines.
Al Jassim, who is also on the Wacra board of directors representing Gulf Air, will be exchanging ideas and sharing the best practices in customer care with representatives from over 50 airlines across the globe.
The airline hosted this prestigious conference last year in Bahrain, which was rated as one of the best in the last 50 years, raising the airline’s profile among world airlines, said an official.
“Expectations are high at the Cebu conference as reputed speakers in this field will discuss some critical customer-facing issues such as getting business insight through customer feedback, rights of customers and customer service innovation,” she said.
“Being on the board of Wacra and as a General Sessions and Workshop director at the conference, I will be able to leverage this opportunity to highlight the Kingdom’s prominence as a growing leisure, sports and business destination and how our national carrier Gulf Air is playing a key role in this development,” she added.
