Dubai-based Arzan Wealth said it has joined hands with US-based 90 North Real Estate Partners to acquire the North American headquarters of French building materials giant Saint-Gobain for $123 million.
The 65-acre campus located
French building materials supplier Saint-Gobain said it planned to buy a controlling stake in construction chemicals group Sika for around €2.3 billion ($2.83 billion) and was putting its glass packaging unit Verallia up for sale.
Saint-Gobain PAM has signed two contracts with Qatar's Al Jaber Engineering worth a total of €200 million ($268 million) for the supply of large-diameter pipes, fittings and valves.
The products will be mainly manufacture
Saudi International Insulation Manufacturing Company (SIIMCO), a joint venture between Kuwait-based Alghanim Industries and Saint-Gobain, has announced plans to set up its new stone wool factory at a cost of KD16.75 million ($58.4 million).
