Egypt offers three-year bonds

Egypt's Finance Ministry is reopening three-year bonds, with an offering worth 1 billion
Egyptian pounds ($173.87 million), the central bank said.

The bonds, which mature on April 28, 2012, carry a coupon of 10.35 per cent. The central bank, acting on behalf of the Finance Ministry, will auction the bonds on November 22 and settlement will take place the following day.
