KFH wins top Kuwait training award

Kuwait Finance House (KFH), a leading lender in the region, said it has won the excellence award in training the Kuwaiti national workforce for last year as the first in the private sector.

Kuwait's under-secretary of the state manpower restructuring programme Fawzi Al Majdali applauded KFH's role in training and developing the skills of the national workforce, and in collaborating with the programme which contributes to comprehensive development in the country.

National workforce department manager Iman Al Ansari said KFH topped the list in training private sector employees.

She added that the bank has the largest share in training courses with the programme and is the main supporter in offering training materials.

Meanwhile, KFH human resources and public services general manager Zeyad Al Omar stressed that developing and honing the skills of the national workforce is one of the bank's priorities; especially since KFH works relentlessly to develop the capabilities of its employees, which is reflected in its performance.-TradeArabia News Service
