Deloitte appoints new managing director

Deloitte Corporate Finance has appointed Wayne Thomas as managing director to lead its ‘Transaction and Reorganisation Services’ team in the Mena region.

It has also appointed Ollie Saunders as head of real estate valuation on secondment from the UK.

Thomas started his career with Deloitte Australia and has spent the 16 years working in Europe and the Mena as a transaction services specialist.

He has led transactions in a wide range of industries including upstream and downstream oil and gas, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, construction, consumer business, retail and food and beverage, including cross-border and international transactions.

Saunders brings nearly 20 years of experience across a wide range of commercial property types, with a particular strength in the valuation of infrastructure and public sector assets.
