Gulf Bank reviews real estate market in Kuwait, GCC

KUWAIT, June 2, 2015

Gulf Bank hosted a series of presentations for its ‘Priority Banking’ customers about real estate investment opportunities and trends in Kuwait and the GCC region recently.

The events were organised weekly during the months of April and May in four selected Gulf Bank branches, said a statement.

The presentation, which was conducted jointly with Markaz senior experts, reviewed the current real estate market scene and investment opportunities in Kuwait and the region for clients, as well as briefing them on Gulf Bank’s strategic relationship with Markaz.

Bassam Al Othman, deputy managing director - Markaz; Meshari Shehab, assistant general manager - Gulf Bank; and Tareq Al-Saleh, assistant general manager - Investment Unit Head, Consumer Banking, attended the event along with senior management members from both institutions.

The event allowed Gulf Bank to update its clients on the latest trends in the real estate market as well as drawing their attention to the wide choice of regional and international investment opportunities and services available through their dedicated Gulf Bank Relationship Manager.

A relationship manager is assigned to manage clients’ banking requirements in the comfort of dedicated private areas.
