Bahrain’s IPS picks Oracle security solution

Bahrain-based International Payment Services (IPS), a leading third-party processor will implement Oracle M8 SuperCluster, which incorporates a number of unique runtime security technologies to manage the electronic payment transactions market in the Middle East.

 IPS helps financial services institutions in the region deliver secure payment processing and card management services.

“Our operations in the region are rapidly expanding and we will soon manage up to 200,000 transactions per minute. Ensuring comprehensive absolute security of these transactions is an imperative for the success of our business,” said Ebrahim Janahi, chief executive officer of IPS.
