All Dubai Financial Market (DFM)-listed companies have announced their half-yearly financial results for this year.

This was revealed in the quarterly financial disclosure summary by the DFM.

According to the report, all DFM-listed firms announced their financial results for the first half of the year within the 45-day grace period as per the regulations established by the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (Esca).

DFM management appreciated those companies that disclosed their financial results early in the reporting period.

DFM management stressed the importance of meeting the disclosure and transparency criteria set by Esca, noting that this will contribute to enhanced investor confidence. – TradeArabia News Service
