Major forex conference set to open in Bahrain
Manama

Katia Tayar

International money experts will focus on currencies trends and forex trading at a major conference which opens in Bahrain tomorrow (April 23).

The two-day 3rd Middle East Forex Trading Expo and Conference, organised by Arabcom Group,  will be held at the Crowne Plaza hotel.

“We have carefully selected the Kingdom of Bahrain for its world class infrastructure, for being the first financial market in the Gulf Region and  the first country in the region to sign a Free Trade agreement with the US,” said Katia Tayar, founder and president of Arabcom Group, told a press conference today.

Bahrain also has the best regulated market, a relaxed visitors visa procedure, the freest Economy in the Arab world and many more attractive aspects, she said.

The event aims to stimulate business, foster education and raise the level of awareness of investors and beginners, said Tayar.

This event, participated by more than 25 leading forex firms and 10 international experts, will meet the demand from traders and investors in the Middle East and the world over for educational resource on currency, investing and on the economy, she said.

The Middle East Forex Trading Expo and conference aims to give today's traders more choices and opportunities to profit from the currency trading market's potential and its volatility, she said.

Forex experts and market specialists will conduct workshops at the event.

The event will also link international forex companies, traders, brokers and investors and make known the vast opportunities within the region.

“Before the internet came along, only banks, corporations and wealthy individuals could trade currencies in the forex market through the use of the proprietary trading systems of banks. These systems required as much as $1 million to open an account. Thanks to advancements in online technology, today investors with only a few thousand dollars or even $25, can have access to the forex market 24-hour a day online wherever they are,” said Jean Louis Farwagi, Vice President, Arabcom Group.

“However it is very important for traders or interested investors before they launch themselves into Forex trading to learn on how to read and understand technicals as well as fundamental signs and news that affects the currency markets,” he said.

The Arabcom officials invited all the public to come and participate at the conferences and visit the exhibit area and benefit from the insight given by expert speakers.

The event is free of charge for all to attend and opens at 10.30 am tomorrow (April 23).  – TradeArabia News Service
