Burj Views, a three-tower residential complex by Emaar Properties, is on schedule for handover to customers in the latter half of 2008.

The towers, which is coming up within its flagship Downtown Burj Dubai development, comprises studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and duplexes which are already 30 per cent complete, said a Emaar official.

The courtyards feature gymnasiums with high ceilings and rooftop amenities include lounges, games areas and multipurpose rooms.

The final phase of Burj Views homes has recently been released and several financial institutions are offering easy home finance options, he said.
