Saraya opened its first Gulf sales showroom in Jumeirah 2 on the Beach Road in Dubai amid much fanfare.

Sarayana is the authorised sales agent in the UAE of Saraya Realty, a member of the companies of Saraya; the real estate development and asset management company that invests in the travel and tourism industry.

The showroom currently displays models of three of Saraya’s luxurious destinations, namely, Saraya Aqaba in Aqaba, Jordan; Saraya Islands in Ras Al Khaimah; and Saraya Bandar Jissah near Muscat, Oman.

The showroom will showcase the models of other Saraya destinations in the future such as Saraya Dead Sea on the Dead Sea in Jordan; Saraya Aktau on the Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan; and Saraya Sochi on the Black Sea in Russia, said a top official.
 
“Saraya Realty's authorised agent in Dubai, Sarayana, will bring together our luxurious tourist destinations to interested individuals from the GCC and the UAE allowing them to get a feel of the luxury Saraya has to offer," Ali Kolaghassi, vice chairman and CEO of Saraya Holdings said at the grand opening of the showroom.

The event was attended by distinguished guests from different parts of the world.

Saraya Realty launched its first sales showroom in the Middle East region in Jordan, while Sarayana is the first in the GCC.    

Saraya Realty was established in October of 2007 as the second elite service offered by Saraya with the first being Saraya Aviation.
