Sama Dubai is set to showcase its niche project portfolio at Cityscape Abu Dhabi for second successive year.
The real estate investment and development arm of Dubai Holding will showcase its portfolio of ground breaking projects at the event to be held from May 13-15 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
This year, the $545-million ‘Salam Resort Bahrain project’ will take centrestage at the Sama Dubai stand. Showcased to the public for the first time, the Salam Resort Bahrain model will reflect the island resort’s expansive magnitude, the compny said in a statement.
The Sama Dubai stand 4B20 between halls 3 and 4 will also feature the $3 billion Amwaj, the $1.1 billion Salam Resort and Spa-Yiti, the $550 million Dubai Towers – Doha and the $17.7 billion The Lagoons, the company said.
“Cityscape Abu Dhabi offers an excellent forum to highlight our innovative projects. It will also offer key networking opportunities with leading professionals from the regional and international real estate industry,” said Sama Dubai executive chairman Farhan Faraidooni.
