Lagoon Heights’ sales begin

RAK Properties has commenced sale of its “Lagoon Heights” residential buildings at Cityscape Abu Dhabi.

Part of Mina Al Arab, the Dh10-billion ($2.72bn) mixed use development launched by RAK Properties in 2006, Lagoon Heights will overlook the crystal clear waters of the Arabian Gulf and the Mina Al Arab Lagoon.

The buildings will reflect the outstanding design elements and natural ambience of Mina Al Arab with eight 20-storey buildings, each comprising 140 freehold residential units.
