Dubai, May 31, 2008

Lulu Tourism has launched a marketing campaign to mark the opening of Reef Island’s Marketing Tent in Manama, Bahrain.

“We are pleased to celebrate the launch of the Reef Island’s marketing campaign,” said general manager for Lulu Tourism Elias Karaan.

“The motorized model which covers an area of 2,045 sq ft is a reduced to scale replica of Reef Island. This model allows interested buyers to view every detail of the project’s architectural superiority and the distinctive designs that lend to the island its uniqueness.”

Reef Island, the $1.3 billion project, is considered one of the most prestigious real estate developments in the Kingdom as well as in the region.

With its promise of luxurious lifestyle, the project has been attracting investors and real estate developers from Bahrain and the Gulf region who found in the island a tranquil sanctuary in the heart of Manama.

Reef Island stemmed from the vision of its chairman Robert Mouawad who had chosen Bahrain based on his belief in the Kingdom’s promising future. Karaan stressed his belief in Mouawad’s vision and explained that the real estate sector in Bahrain is growing immensely.

The 6.23 million sq ft man-made island is located on the northern shores of Manama and comprises of 39 residential buildings, 65 villas, 49 beach villas, a five-star hotel as well as vibrant parks, ponds and open green spaces. – TradeArabia News Service
