Bawabat Al Sharq set for IREIS debut
Abu Dhabi, January 18, 2009
Baniyas Investment and Development Company (BID), the investment arm of Bani Yas Sports Club, said it will take part in the upcoming Abu Dhabi Real Estate and Investment Show 2009 (IREIS) for the first time.
During the event, BID will showcase Bawabat Al Sharq - its first luxury mixed use development community established in one of the main suburban regions of Abu Dhabi’s Bani Yas city, said an official.
In addition, the developer is offering attractive payment plans and leasehold options during the show which runs from January 27 to 29 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
Commenting on the participation, Jawan Alkhaily, chairman, BID, said, "Bawabat Al Sharq is designed to create an unparalleled attraction that sets a new benchmark in the residential and retail landscape."
"We launched phase 1 last year and recorded excellent feedback with nearly 90 per cent already sold and leased. During IREIS, we will be showcasing Phase 2 of Bawabat Al Sharq, where customers can look forward to a community that offers much more than just a home."
"The main attraction within Phase 2 includes a Fifa-standard football stadium with a seating capacity for over 20,000 spectators," he pointed out.
“During the show, we will also extend easy finance and leasehold options for our customers to facilitate investment process. We are also in talks with banks in the UAE to enable financing options for buyers,” Alkhaily added.
Wael El Ashry, VP sales BID, said this was their debut participation at IREIS. "The event not only provides a common platform for interaction but also encourages direct communication between developers and the customers."
"We have appointed an experienced team of sales staff to assist customers during the show. They will not only provide in-depth knowledge on the development but will also highlight exclusive amenities that are complimentary to the project," he added.
BID has announced an attractive 45/55 payment plan, wherein buyers can conveniently pay 45 per of the property value over a three-year period.
Also, on offer is a 99-year leasehold option under Musataha or Intifaa schemes for GCC nationals and a 20-year long lease option (extendable to 99 years) for other expatriates.
BID is offering an ideal mix of modern residential, retail, entertainment and sporting facilities.
These include a sophisticated choice of private international schools, state-of-the-art medical centre, sophisticated health club, specialty training clubs and a major sports stadium built to FIFA standards.
In addition, the development includes a two-level shopping mall showcasing world-class stores and a four-screen multiplex.
Bawabat Al Sharq’s premium villas and apartments spread across Phase 1 and 2 will be exclusively showcased and made available for sale and lease through the show.-TradeArabia News Service
