Abu Dhabi, February 11, 2009
Hydra Properties, a leading UAE-based international property developer, said it will be handing out units in one of its most anticipated community developments, Hydra Village Abu Dhabi, in the second quarter of 2009.
The company said the Phase I work of the mega-project is nearing completion and the excavation work for phase II was now 20 per cent complete.
With construction progressing as planned, this accomplishment further underscores Hydra Properties’ commitment to complete the prestigious project on schedule by December 2010.
Commenting on the swift progress of the Hydra Village Abu Dhabi project, Dr. Sulaiman Al Fahim, chief executive officer, Hydra Properties said, “We are proud to announce that we will be delivering units in Hydra Village Abu Dhabi very soon so our clients can experience the quality and sophistication that only Hydra Properties can provide."
"We treat completing the project on time with as much regard as our customers do, and it is as much an achievement for us as it is a great convenience for them," he pointed out.
"This is one of our ways of expressing our unyielding dedication to providing our clientele with complete satisfaction with our offerings and services."
"Hydra Village Abu Dhabi glows of utter brilliance and it will shine even brighter through unmatched value-added services that bear the distinctive Hydra Properties mark,” Dr Al Fahim added.
