Al Futtaim completes DSO buildings

Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE), the real estate development and operations arm of Al-Futtaim group, has announced the completion of three new buildings at Dubai Silicon Oasis built for InterContinental Hotels Group staff.

The employees of the InterContinental Hotels Group Dubai Festival City recently moved into their new accomodation at DSO comprising 414 apartments with a mix of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments.

The buildings, designed by renowned local architects Architectural & Engineering Innovations Bureau (AEIB), have been constructed by Al-Futtaim Carillion and Al-Futtaim Engineering.

These units can provide accommodation for all staff up to management level. The building will be managed by Al-Futtaim Real Estate.

Amenities include an all day dining room, a hair salon, and prayer rooms alongside recreational facilities consisting of three swimming pools, a fully equipped gymnasium, television, internet and games rooms.
