Servcorp to expand Mideast operations

Abu Dhabi, September 1, 2009

Servcorp, a leading global serviced office and virtual office provider, will expand its operations in the region in September with the opening of a premier location in Abu Dhabi.

Servcorp will begin offering virtual office packages and serviced office suites to a wide range of potential businesses in the new “Building B” of Al Mamoura on September 15.

As the virtual office product continues to evolve and the portfolio of IT services and tools continues to increase, clients can now access the services and infrastructure of a multinational organisation with or without the full time physical office space, said a statement.

Servcorp’s clear aim in the Middle East is to provide business and IT solutions which help clients focus on their business and compete effectively, said a top official of the company.

“Abu Dhabi represents another key location for the development of our offering in the UAE and indeed across the Middle East,” said Laudy Lahdo, senior manager for Middle East.

“The Al Mamoura complex offers Servcorp a unique opportunity to operate in one of the best buildings in the city. We are very confident about the value our office and IT solutions can bring local businesses as well as foreign companies looking to break into this very exciting city.”

A Servcorp serviced office is a fully-managed, fully-furnished, IT-equipped office suite which can be set up for 1-10 people. A Servcorp virtual office leverages off the facilities of the serviced offices to provide businesses with services, infrastructure and IT solutions without the full time physical office.

Services include use of the corporate address, a dedicated receptionist, access to meeting rooms and additional IT tools. Servcorp helps businesses start up or expand in global markets with flexibility and without the need for setup, capital or ongoing costs.

Servcorp, which was founded in Sydney in 1978, now operates an international network of locations throughout Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, South-East Asia, India, Europe and the Middle East. – TradeArabia News Service
