Tashyeed Properties' flagship project Sukoon Tower, a 45-storey twin residential tower in Juffair, is progressing rapidly as per programme.

The company has announced the completion of works up to the podium level which represents a key milestone for the project, as it houses the five-level car parking facility that will accommodate cars of the residents and visitors to the tower.

'As of date the fifth floor slab has been concreted with works commencing on the sixth floor,' Tashyeed Properties managing director Redha Rajab said.

'In addition the core wall area which houses the elevators and forms the key structural element of the project has now reached the eighth floor level with works progressing rapidly in this area,' Rajab added.-TradeArabia News Service
