Dar wins Damac’s Park Avenue contract

Dar for Trading & Construction (Detac) has been awarded the construction contract for Park Avenue, Cairo-Alex Desert Road, by Damac Properties, a leading luxury lifestyle developer.
Established in 1994, Detac is one of the top companies in the field of general trading and contracting. In the last 15 years, Detac has carried out a diverse range of landmark projects such as smart village offices park, Cairo building, Emak administration building located at New Cairo, Misr insurance Building located at Nile Street, Giza etc that has positioned the company as one of the top leading contractors in Egypt.

The estimated time frame for Detac to deliver the project is 18 months.
Park Avenue, a mixed-use project, consists of 723 retail units and 454 office spaces, as well as parking which will serve a total of 3,000 cars.
The office buildings at Park Avenue will offer a prestigious private environment suitable for businesses.
The development is situated in Sheikh Zayed City right on the Cairo-Alex Road and opposite the Smart Village, a location of great accessibility being 30 minutes from downtown Cairo and in the heart of 6th of October city with its own luxurious compounds, national airport and booming industrial zone.
The architecture of the project is a unique landmark for the whole area with a blend of classic and oriental facades rich in decorative details, wood work and accentuated with sloped tile roofs.
