Sweet Homes moves to new Dubai office

Dubai, January 12, 2010

Sweet Homes Holdings (SHH), a leading UAE-based developer and multi-service provider to the real estate sector, has moved to a new office in Dubai.

The master developer of the Dh3.5 billion ($953 million) ‘Ajman Uptown’ is now based at the mezzanine floor of the Business Avenue Building, which is along the Port Saaed Road in Deira (behind Arab Bank and opposite Dnata Emirates).

The new corporate headquarters will house all the subsidiary companies operating under the Sweet Homes banner, as well as all relevant departments, including Customer Service, Legal, Recovery, Accounts, and Sales and Marketing.

“Sweet Homes has been serving the regional market since 2005, and shifting to a new base reflects the consolidation efforts we are taking, which will allow us to provide more clients with value added services under one roof,” said Fahad Sattar Dero, CEO, Sweet Homes Holdings.

The company has previously announced the continuous progress in the construction of ‘Ajman Uptown’, as a result of the strategic collaboration among companies within the Sweet Homes Holdings.

Similarly, the developer also revealed that it is witnessing unprecedented development in the construction of three of the nine 31-storey residential buildings (B10, B14 and B15) within ‘Rainbow Towers’, which it is currently working on.-TradeArabia News Service
