Greenstone launches 3rd residential project

Greenstone, a leading real estate investment and development firm in Lebanon, has launched its third residential project in the region of Adma.

Called Orientalys, the high-end project comprises several villas, each benefiting from a total living area that could reach up to 1250 sq m including facilities such as swimming pools, gyms, terraces and gardens, a statement said.

The identity of Orientalys has been thought according to the “Golden Rule”, used through history in sculpture, painting and architecture and applied to renowned landmarks such as the pyramid of Kheops, the Parthenon of Athens, cathedrals and mosques, said Greenstone, a subsidiary of Beirut-based conglomerate Johnny R. Saade Holdings.

Villas are set at a market price ranging from $7 million to $9 million each, according to a statement. – TradeArabia News Service
