Tameer's Elite Residence reaches 381m

Dubai , November 1, 2011

Tameer Holding Investment, a leading property developer in the Middle East, has announced that its 91-storey Elite Residence project in Dubai has reached its final height of 381 metres.

The developer recently completed the roof structure and mast which has revealed the final appearance of this Dh1.7 billion ($462 million) tower.

Due to the achievement of this milestone and with all major plant and equipment in position the tower crane has now been removed, it said.

The focus for the site team will now be on the completion of the internal finishes as the project progresses through the final stages, Tameer said.

“It is a proud moment for Tameer to see one of our most iconic projects reach this important milestone. With its central location and vicinity to many prestigious 5 star hotels, Dubai Marina, Dubai Internet City, Media City, Knowledge Village, Jebel Ali Free Zone and convenient access to transport routes via road, metro and soon the Al Sofouh tram, Elite Residence will definitely be one of the most sought after addresses.” said Federico Tauber, president of Tameer.

Elite Residence has a unique design which combines classic architecture with a modern layout and stylish finishes. The 91-storey tower includes sports and recreation facilities including a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna and steam rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a multi function room and indoor and outdoor children's play areas. The project provides a mixture of spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, and 3 and 4 bedroom penthouses, with a total of 697 apartments will be home to around 1,500 residents. - TradeArabia News Service
