Manama, May 19, 2012
Manara Developments, a Bahrain-based real estate development company, has signed up as the platinum sponsor for the Bahrain Real Estate Exhibition (Bapdex 2012) to be held from May 24 to 30.
The event is being held under the patronage of the Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid Bin Abdulla Al Khalifa.
Managing Director of “Manara Developments, Dr. Hasan Al Bastaki expressed the company’s pride in sponsoring this event, which supports “Manara’s” active contribution in the real estate development arena, and its firm commitment to developing the real estate market, and developing it further.
He said, 'the care and attention received by the exhibition by Shaikh Khalid Bin Abdulla Al Khalifa restores confidence across the entire real estate market, as the Deputy Prime Minister had previously attended the inauguration of several of “Manara’s leading housing projects in December of 2011.'
'This gesture had nonetheless a great impact on “Manara” to move forward as a prominent player in the housing of the middle and limited income segment.'

'At the expo, Manara will display in its 8x10 meter wide suite, several of its successful projects which it has recently launched, such as phase one of Janayin Al Hamala, and phase two of Wahat Al Muharraq, in addition to phase two of Tubli Gardens, which are the three housing projects aimed for middle and limited income groups,' said Dr Bastaki.
“Manara’s suite will provide visitors with visual information packs and the company’s marketing consultants will be present to talk to all prospective buyers or individuals interested in reserving or purchasing houses,' he added.-TradeArabia News Service
