Alfareeda hosts ‘Dinner in the Sky’

Ewaan Global Residential Company, a leading real estate developer and the owner of the Alfareeda residential project, hosted a fine dining event ‘Dinner in the Sky’ for its clients to celebrate the huge progress made on the project.
Held over four days, the event took place in a specially created restaurant suspended 50 metres above ground.
“We are delighted at the Saudi public’s response to Alfareeda as both phase one and two are completely sold out and wanted to mark the success of the project with an innovative standout event that would be vividly exciting and memorable,” said Riyadh Al Thaqafi, CEO. “We have organised this event to show our customers the progress made on the project and thank them for their trust and continues support.”
Construction work on phase one of the Alfareeda Residential Project, north of Jeddah, comprising 320 villas is now in its final stage and all units will be delivered to home buyers in the fourth quarter of this year, said a statement.
Alfareeda, targeting middle income citizens, is strategically located in the Dahban area, north of Jeddah and consists of more than 1,800 residential units built on one million sq m of land.
Work in phase two, comprising 460 villas is also moving according to schedule and will be ready for handover to the owners in Q1 of next year, it said.
All infrastructure work in phase one and two is complete, including a road network, a storm drainage system, and rain bypass tanks to prevent flooding. A sub-electricity station is in its final stages, a central water tank will be ready by the time phase one is completed and an a water recycling station with a capacity of 4,500 cu m is also being built.
The residential project also includes amenities like medical and educational facilities, mosques, a shopping centre, a sports club and other recreational facilities. – TradeArabia News Service
