MEA firms win top architecture awards

Projects in Lebanon, Kuwait and Turkey won top awards for the Middle East and Africa region at the recent architecture festival in Singapore.
The sixth World Architecture Festival, in association with Grohe, a leading sanitary fittings brand, was attended by architects and designers from across the world at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel.
During the three-day event, the Meditation House (Lebanon) by MZ Architects won the top prize in the Furture Projects House Category, while the New Sulaibikhat Medical Center (Kuwait) by AGi Architects won the Futre Projects Health award.
In addition, the Completed Building Religion category was taken by Sancaklar Mosque (Turkey) by EAA - Emre Arolat Architects and the Future Projects Office category was won by Selcuk Ecza Headquarters (Turkey) by Tabanlioglu Architects.
Grohe highlighted its Spa range, alongside its Blue and Red kitchen faucets to the attendees at the event.
