New power station for Bahrain hospital

Bahrain's Health Ministry and the Electricity and Water Authority has signed a MoU for the construction of a 66-KVA station at Salmaniya Medical Complex and expansion of its distribution grid at a cost of BD6.177 million ($16 million).

Under-secretary Dr Ayesha Mubarak Bu Unq and assistant under-secretary for financial and technical affairs Maher Mahmoud Al Onais were present at the ceremony on behalf of the Health Ministry, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication. - TradeArabia News Service
