RSG to start work on Dubai residential project
Dubai, January 8, 2014
RSG International, a prime real estate and property developer, will soon start work on its residential development, Qasr Sabah, located at the International Media Product Zone (IMPZ) which is due for completion next year.
The residential project comprises three G+6 buildings and on completion it will house 384 one-bedroom apartments and 18 studio apartments, said a statement from RSG.
Located adjacent to Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road (formerly Emirates Road), Qasr Sabah will be a mere five minutes drive from Al Maktoum International Airport and 20 minutes away from the Dubai International Airport.
Also, the Dubai Metro’s Red Line from Jebel Ali Station will be extended to Al Maktoum International Airport, offering efficient mass transit options to Qasr Sabah’s residents. Jebel Ali Sea Port, too, is only a short drive away, said the statement.
In 2015, when form in its exquisite finality emerges from design, Qasr Sabah will have added another glorious feather to Dubai’s cap of exclusive addresses, said the Dubai developer.
"Blending visually-appealing Mediterranean and Arabic elements with much finesse, Qasr Sabah emanates understated luxury. While the golden domes and intricate nature motifs in gold finish are a reflection of the beautiful architecture of two great world cultures, the development’s brilliant white façade with special crack-resistant GRC cladding exudes freshness and solidity."
"A dedicated lobby and sophisticated reception area with marble and granite flooring will welcome residents and guests. Securely located top notch recreational and lifestyle facilities – uniquely and breathtakingly perched on each terrace of Qasr Sabah’s three buildings – include swimming pools, gymnasiums, full-size tennis courts and children's play areas," it stated.
Some of the other premium amenities for the Qasr Sabah project include 500 car parking bays on ground and podium levels; secure parking with CCTV coverage and access control; direct elevator access from the parking to all floor levels, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
