Victory Heights golf community completed

Dubai, January 9, 2014

Victory Heights, the flagship golf residential community set on Els Club Golf Course in Dubai Sports City, recently held a special ceremony to celebrate its completion.

The event was attended by Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (Rera), and a number of other senior officials.

Victory Heights lies in the heart of Dubai Sports City which is home to five sporting academies offering coaching to children of all ages in football, hockey, rugby, swimming and cricket.

It comprises 961 villas and town houses, available in a choice of European Classical, Spanish Andalusian, and Mediterranean architectural styles, with custom finishes and a variety of options.

Yasser Abdulrahman Al Raee, general manager of Victory Heights, said: “We are very pleased to have completed this landmark development during a period saddled by global financial crisis and volatility in the Dubai real estate market.

“We would like to use this fantastic occasion to thank all governmental agencies in the emirate and in particular, Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Dubai Land Department, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Dubai Municipality, Road Transport Authority for their support throughout the development stages to create this prime residential golf community in Dubai.”

“We would also like to thank our shareholders, Arcapita and Dubai Sports City for their continued support as well as all those who were involved in realising this vision,” he added. - TradeArabia News Service
