Emaar offers 330 apartments in MBR City

Emaar has launched the sale of the second phase of the ‘Mulberry at Park Heights,’ the first residential complex in Dubai Hills Estate.
Dubai Hills Estate is envisaged as the city of the future developed by a joint venture of Meraas Holding and Emaar Properties in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), the region’s largest of its kind real estate development.
The second phase of ‘Mulberry at Park Heights’ features around 330 elegantly designed and premium quality apartments, and will appeal to families seeking a luxurious lifestyle in one of the city’s most sought-after developments, said a statement.
The residential complexes are set amidst a green verdant landscape and feature the first-of-its-kind, elegantly designed common terrace areas where families can meet for a sit-out session or to take in uninterrupted views of the green park. Residents can also indulge in outdoor activities including an 18-hole championship golf course, a tennis academy, an outdoor pool for adults and kids, and jogging and bicycle tracks.
Designed in distinct mid-rise complexes, ‘Mulberry at Park Heights’ will feature open courtyards with water features.

Emaar will launch the second phase of ‘Mulberry at Park Heights’ simultaneously in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Baku and Hong Kong. Online registration will commence on March 12, at 10am, at www.emaar.com.
Sales will be held on March 15 at Emaar Pavilion on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, in Dubai, and at the Emaar Sales Centre in Al Nahda Tower, in Abu Dhabi, at 10am. The sale in Baku will be held at The Fairmont Baku at the Flame Towers at 10am and the Hong Kong sale will be held at the Island Shangri-La, Pacific Place, Supreme Court Road at 2pm.-TradeArabia News Service
