Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management (FM) solutions in the GCC, has renewed its FM services contract for the Owner’s Association Building at Discovery Gardens, a modern residential community close to the Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai.

 

Under the agreement, Imdaad will provide planned and reactive maintenance as well as internal and external cleaning of the community for the next five years, said a statement. 

 

The maintenance contract extends to a cluster of 62 buildings of the association. 

 

The planned and reactive maintenance include mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, fire systems, elevators and signage. 

 

The external and internal cleaning will include general-purpose cleaning, sewerage cleaning, and floor and road cleaning, using specialist cleaning equipment and techniques.

Discovery Gardens is located in Jebel Ali, offering cosmopolitan living at affordable prices.
