Bin Faqeeh to unveil record-breaking tower

Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company, a leading developer with a portfolio of high-end projects in prime locations across Bahrain, will be launching its record breaking tower 'The Breaker' at the upcoming Gulf Property Show.

A boutique showcase for the real estate and property development sectors, Gulf Property Show, is being organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions, at Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre from May 6 to 8.

Located in Seef District, Manama, opposite Bahrain City Center, 'The Breaker' covers 35 floors with a total height of 165 meters. It is a residential development which includes one and two bedroom apartments, in addition to penthouses.

Bin Faqeeh has put Bahrain into the records in the real estate market in the Middle East by setting the international record for the highest pre-cast tower in the middle east and the second highest  pre-cast in the world.

Featuring private elevator for penthouses and five floors dedicated for car parking with a capacity of over 200 cars; this provides 2 car park spaces for each two bedroom apartments

Unique features includes spacious living with each floor built to height of 4.2 meters per floor (slab to slab) and state of the art facilities.
