Saraya Bandar Jissah set to launch housing units
MUSCAT, September 9, 2014
Saraya Bandar Jissah, a mixed-use development in Oman, will launch high-end housing units for investors later this month.
Spanning a 2.2 sq km area, the development will offer residential units, recreational facilities and two beachfront luxury hotels – a resort hotel and a boutique hotel, all situated on its breath-taking location in eastern Muscat.
The first integrated tourism complex (ITC) to be launched in seven years in the Sultanate, Saraya Bandar Jissah will open the doors to investors of all nationalities, a Times of Oman report said.
Saraya Bandar Jissah will be home to 398 exclusive residential units, including spacious hilltop villas, stylish townhouses and luxury apartments spread over five zones, namely Wajd, Nameer, Zaha, Na'eem and Safa.
The $600 million project, which is nestled in a valley between the Al Hajar Mountains, is a partnership between the government of Oman's tourism development and investment arm - Omran - and Saraya Oman, a subsidiary of Saraya Holdings.
Sheikh Hamood Al Hosni, chief executive officer of Saraya Bandar Jissah, said the project is well on track and the marketing campaign is now in full swing.
