Diyar Al Muharraq to showcase island city at Cityscape

Diyar Al Muharraq, a Bahrain-based urban developer, is set to showcase its master-planned island city at a key regional property exhibition next week.

The company said through its participation in Cityscape Global 2014 from September 21 to 23 in Dubai, UAE, it is aiming to engage better with key real estate investors, developers, investment promotion authorities, architects, designers and other real estate professionals, reported the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

Diyar Al Muharraq will also deliver status updates on its projects including residential, commercial plots, investor-related projects, a variety of light industrial and logistics opportunities and the Dragon City project.

“It is imperative for real estate innovators such as Diyar Al Muharraq to be a part of the leading real estate exhibition in the Middle East, which has stayed at the forefront in extending valuable support to many real estate companies in the region for over 13 years now,” Diyar Al Muharraq chief executive Dr Maher Al Shaer said.

“We definitely expect to generate new prospects and build stronger relationships through Cityscape Global.”

He said participation in such international expos also helps to support and enhance the economic outlook of Bahrain.

In its 13th edition, Cityscape Global is hosting more than 250 UAE, regional and international real estate firms from over 110 countries. - TradeArabia News Service
