Nakheel unveils two major projects in Dubai

DUBAI, September 21, 2014

Dubai-based real estate developer Nakheel kicked off Cityscape 2014 show with the launch of two new projects - Jumeirah Heights Fronds and The Palm Gateway- in Dubai, UAE.

Jumeirah Heights Fronds, a lakeside residential complex of more than 1,400 apartments and villas, will be constructed on two plots of land at its Jumeirah Islands community.

It will consist of four towers, each containing 343 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, as well as 34 three-bedroom villas, with leasing opportunities available.

Jumeirah Heights Fronds will also house Nakheel’s Jumeirah Islands Park, a recreation and retail centre, a new waterfront leisure and dining hub for residents of Jumeirah Islands and surrounding areas, as well as a gated community of 84 townhouses.

The Palm Gateway is a three-tower waterfront living and leisure complex with more than 1,300 homes.

Located at the entrance to Palm Jumeirah, the property comprises three individually-designed high-rise residential buildings with one to three bedroom apartments available for lease.

The trio of towers will be constructed on the existing Palm Monorail Gateway terminal. The monorail is linked to the Dubai Tram and the Dubai Metro, offering convenient travel for residents and visitors at the complex.

The Palm Gateway will also have its own beach club and park among other amenities.

“The projects combine luxury water-front living, shopping, dining and entertainment in the Middle East. It promotes sustainability with its extensive health, wellbeing and fitness facilities and convenient transport links for travel within the surrounding areas and across Dubai,” said Ali Rashid Lootah, Nakheel chairman. - TradeArabia News Service
