Deyaar unveils high-end projects at Dubai show

DUBAI, November 24, 2014

Dubai-based property developer Deyaar is showcasing two of its high-end projects - Montrose and The Atria - at the ongoing Property Show 2014 in Dubai, UAE.

A first-of-its-kind luxury property exhibition, Property Show 2014 kicked off on Sunday (November 23) at the Dubai International Financial Centre and will be running for the next three days.  

The event provides an ideal venue for real estate developers, brokers and financial institutions to showcase their portfolio and services to prospective buyers of high-end real estate and is expected to attract more than 20,000 visitors.

Montrose is located at Barsha South at the extension of Umm Suqeim towards Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The two residential towers feature 68 one-bedroom, 68 two-bedroom, five three-bedroom and two four-bedroom apartments.

The hotel apartment tower has been designed to host 88 studios, as well as 68 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom units. The majority of Montrose’s residentialunits are sold out due to the unique location and popularity of the project amongst buyers and investors.

Deyaar’s second showcase project ‘The Atria’ is a 1.25- million-sq-ft luxury mixed-use twin tower complex located at the Business Bay.

The development will feature studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and three bedroom duplex units across a 30-floor complex.

Offering views of the Burj Khalifa, Business Bay Canal and the Dubai Stables, the hotel apartment tower will include a spa, gym and infinity pool on the 25th floor, as well as fine dining restaurants. The tower is scheduled for handover in the first half of 2017.

Deyaar will also highlight the special prices and flexible payment plans on offer at some of its completed projects that promise high return on investments (ROI), said a senior official.

"Our portfolio appeals to various market segments and this show is a unique platform for us to increase our visibility to an elite clientele of individual and institutional investors," remarked Nasser Amr, the vice president for sales.
