Ideal Sapanca, a UAE-Turkish entrepreneurial company, said has one unit remaining from the 51 villas in its iconic FCC Serenity Villas project located in the scenic Sapanca Lake region in Turkey.

UAE nationals have already invested Dh18.4 million ($5 million) on the exquisite villas at the project, a statement said.

According to FCC Construction and Development Company, the FCC Serenity Villas project is almost complete and is scheduled to be handed over in the beginning of 2015, nearly six months ahead of scheduled handover date.

The project is being built on an area of 55,000 sq m in Sapanca – a top vacation destination in Turkey with picturesque views of the world-famous Sapanca Lake, one of the drinking water sources in the region, the statement said.
