DUBAI, December 21, 2014

Abyaar Real Estate Development Company said the construction work at its Hilliana Tower project located at the heart of Acacia Avenues in Jumeirah area of Dubai, UAE, is in the final stages and is on track for completion in the third quarter of 2015.

Announcing the steady progress on the project work, Abyaar said the tower rises to a height of 104 m and provide 28 residential storeys with magnificent views.

The Hilliana Tower is designed to provide all the residential units with uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf, the iconic Burj Al Arab, and The Palm Jumeirah.

The main feature of Hilliana is its central glazed atrium, which allows clients to enjoy spectacular views across Jumeirah, said senior officials of the company.

"Currently the main focus is directed towards finalising Hilliana Tower. The facade of the tower was successfully finalised during this year. The internal construction work is near completion," they stated.

Abyaar said all the residential units of the tower have been sold within a short period of time.

"We are now looking forward to the completion and delivery of the residential units of Hilliana in the third quarter of 2015. This will enable clients to enjoy the distinctive facilities, qualitative services, and the extraordinary view of the units," they added.

Acacia Avenues is the first project in Jumeirah that facilitates a freehold investment. The prestigious project was launched by Abyaar in 2007 on a sprawling 1.35-million-sq-ft area in Al Sufouh in the heart of Jumeirah. It provides towers and villas in a convenient and vital residential community.-TradeArabia News Service
