Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi's leading listed property development, investment and management company, today appointed Talal Al Dhiyebi as its chief development officer.

Al Dhiyebi, currently the executive director of asset management, will remain in charge of asset management and continue to report directly to the CEO. He replaces Gurjit Singh, who has decided to step down to pursue other interests.

Mohammed Al Mubarak, chief executive officer of Aldar, said: “Since joining the company, Talal has been a driving force behind a number of Aldar’s key developments, including Yas Mall which launched in November 2014. We have a strong development pipeline and under Talal’s leadership, we will bring a number of these to market in 2015.
