Abu Dhabi broker nets big deals at Cityscape

ABU DHABI, May 10, 2015

Nationwide Middle East Properties, a leading real estate brokerage company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, said it has sold out 60 per cent of the projects launched during the Cityscape Abu Dhabi.

The UAE capital’s largest property show, Cityscape concluded recently at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre with 81 per cent of Abu Dhabi-based developers launching new projects at the event.

Ameen Al Qudsi - the company’s CEO - said Nationwide’s participation at the expo was a big success with numerous visitors and clients showing interest in their property.

The company had showcased two Aabar developments in Al Reem Island, in addition to a building developed by Manazel in Al Reef 1.

Al Qudsi said a number of units at its 28-storey tower The Kite Residences located in Shams Abu Dhabi on Al Reem Island, got sold out. The property offers 168 two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Also the company sold a number of residences at Al Durrah tower in the Marina Square area in Al Reem Island, a 47-storey building. It offers around 300 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments.

Another of the company's development, the “Al Reef Project” is witnessing a large increase in demand especially since the project targets the middle-class sector willing to own residential units where the price in Al Reef 1 is estimated to be at Dh750 ($204) per sq ft, stated Al Qudsi.

The last period shows a trend in leasers shifting to become buyers, especially with the rising rent prices of Abu Dhabi which raises the demand for freehold property in the emirate, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
