Ideal Standard boosts Mena product portfolio

Ideal Standard, a leading provider of innovative bathroom solutions, said one of its sanitary ware brands, Armitage Shanks, has launched the Blue Book Mena Edition in Dubai, UAE.

The Blue book Mena Edition contains all Armitage Shanks portfolio dedicated to the region, which consists of quality product solutions – sanitary ware, brassware, bathing and special products – for the bathroom of all types of buildings: residential ranging from hotels to villas as well as non-residential such as hospitals, home care, public areas, schools, and stadiums.

Produced in collaboration with the Armitage Shanks distributor in the UAE, Mac Al Gurg, the Ideal Standard Mena brand offer, with origins from the UK since more than 100 years, celebrated the launch at the Address Downtown, Dubai.

Leading experts from the industry including contractors, architects and designers attended the launch.

Already established as an expert in healthcare market, Armitage Shanks confirmed it once more by displaying its famous healthcare products.

Among them are Doc M, a holistic bathroom solution of ceramics, fittings and grab rails for  people facing mobility and other challenges without compromising on comfort and functionality; the Contour 21 range, which with its many anti-infection features, as well as its special dimensions is a fit for any clinical environment; and the newest development, the Markwick fittings, that offer safety against bacteria due to the ease with which they can be sterilised, cleaned and disinfected.

Equally impressive was Armitage Shanks offer for the residential bathroom.  Chelsea & Kingsley, two new launches of sanitary ware ranges, were the highlights of the evening.

Kingsley offers a balanced mix of round and rectangular shapes and softness in the internal shape of the basins, resulting in a minimal design environment, while Chelsea, the new luxury ceramic range, creates elegant and warm bathroom decor with its soft and round-edged design, and its modern clean-cut lines.
