Stella Maris ... Bloom’s flagship project in Dubai.

Bloom starts work on Dubai Marina project

DUBAI, September 5, 2015

Bloom Properties, a specialist in the development of integrated and sustainable communities, said it has started the construction of its Stella Maris project in Dubai Marina in Dubai, UAE.

A subsidiary of National Holding, Bloom is a group of companies dedicated to developing sustainable and integrated urban communities that offer an enriching lifestyle and quality of life.

Located at the southern end of Dubai Marina, Stella Maris is Bloom’s flagship project in Dubai. The development reflects the architectural vision of Dubai Marina, offering panoramic views of the harbour and proximity to the city’s much-awaited attraction, the Dubai Eye.

The enabling works of the 52-storey residential development, which consists of foundations and six basement levels, has been awarded to NSCC International, a renowned contractor in the field of foundation engineering, ground improvement, onshore marine works and horizontal directional drilling, said a statement from the company.

Bloom has also announced the appointment of Asteco Property Management, a major regional and international real estate services agency based in Dubai, as the exclusive sales agent of Stella Maris.

Sameh Muhtadi, the CEO of Bloom Holding, said: "By commencing the construction work of Stella Maris as we promised during its announcement last April at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2015, Bloom Holding has once again demonstrated its commitment to meeting the expectations of all our investors and delivering our projects on schedule."

"As one of the last dreamscapes in Dubai Marina, Stella Maris presents an excellent investment opportunity with its unique location and unparalleled views and amenities," he added.

It will provide the quickest access to and from the Sheikh Zayed Road as it is conveniently located within walking distance of the metro and tram services, as well as several facilities and services in the Dubai Marina area.

The development will feature 313 luxury residences ranging from one to three bedrooms, as well as four-bedroom duplex apartments, townhouses and penthouses. The townhouses and penthouses will feature terraces and private swimming pools.

Bloom said the project will also offer a broad range of amenities including a multi-purpose room, a lounge area, a snooker room, a playroom for children, a branded world-class spa, a gymnasium and a private theatre. Outdoor amenities include a lush garden, swimming pools, and play areas.-TradeArabia News Service
