Manara launches new residential project in Bahrain

Bahrain-based Manara Development company has announced the launch of a new residential project "Kenaz Al Bahrain" located in the Northern Governorate.

The project features eight multi-storey buildings on four floors each that boasts modern designs.

Each unit has three bedrooms, a large kitchen in addition to a large lounge, 3 bathrooms and a maid room on a 157 sq m area. Besides, each building has seperate parking spaces for the residents.

The buildings host number of facilities designed to achieve social and economic sustainability that are carefully hosted in the modern projects.

The project offers a total of 64 apartments, all of which are designed according to the latest construction and engineering standards and specifications that meet the future needs of modern Bahraini families to acquire adequate housing, said a statement from Manara.

Two apartments have been planned on each floor of the multi-storey buildings.

The Bahraini developer said a few more new projects were in the pipeline and the next phase of the ongoing developments would be announced in the coming months.

Annoucing the project, chairman Yousif Taqi said Manara Developments was keen to provide real estate innovations and solutions to the Bahraini people.

"We are committed to our plans that keep us in the lead of the real estate development companies, and to find housing solutions, especially for the limited-income segment in the Kingdom," he  noted.

Managing director Dr Hasan Al Bastaki said the project launch was within the framework of Manara's strategy to provide housing with the appropriate cost, which is ideal housing option for many countries, including Bahrain.

"We launched this project about eight months ago, and so far we have completed 70 per cent of the construction work. It is expected to be completed in the next four months," he added.

On completion, the units, which are priced at BD59,900 ($157694) onwards for a large flat area up to 157 sq m, will delivered to the owners.

The buildings are specially designed for the modern Bahraini families and provide a suitable option for the beneficiaries of the "Social Housing Scheme" of the Ministry of Housing, which the company have signed previously an agreement with the Housing Ministry program, and actually cooperated in the framework of a number of residential projects, said a statement from Manara.

"Kenaz Al Bahrain" complements the earlier residential projects developed by Manara in Muharraq and Tubli, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
