Diyar Al Muharraq seafront units 'in big demand'

MANAMA, February 8, 2016

Diyar Al Muharraq, a leading urban developer in Bahrain, said it had received an overwhelming response from investors for the units in the second phase of its seafront development Al Bareh coming up in the kingdom.

The company launched the sale of plots on a freehold basis to all nationalities on Saturday (February 6) following the success of the sale of plots in Phase One in December last year, said the developer.

Al Bareh is a seafront development that wholly embraces the elements of nature in a seamless blend and is located in the western part of Diyar Al Muharraq, a unique masterplanned city offering range of housing options and quality lifestyle.

Diyar Al Muharraq offers a cohesive mix of residential and commercial properties with a strong line-up of projects aimed at creating a long-term and sophisticated township.

The company's sales office reported a solid turnout of people keen to buy the plots on the launch day.

Hailing the response on the launch day, CEO Dr Maher Al Shaer said: "To have garnered such an unprecedented level of interest from the public on the first day of the launch is another honourary milestone in our timeline. We are indeed overjoyed, more so as this comes following the success of Phase One."

Al Shaer pointed out that the success of Al Bareh development was due to several factors. These included the variety of products on offer in terms of plot sizes and nature of investments, whether for personal residential use or for investing with the purpose of constructing residential buildings.

Al Bareh features three key elements -  seafront residential plots dedicated to encompassing high-end villas that are easily accessible both by sea and by road; residential plots within walking distance to waterfront parks appropriately positioned in the heart of Al Bareh and the residential investment plots overlooking the main road designated for the construction of multi-storey buildings.

According to him, the other key attraction is the Al Bareh’s ideal seafront location. "And to top it all, the plots are being offered for sale on a freehold basis thus making it a very feasible and lucrative move by all measures," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
